What is the point of this website?

TheSuburban.net. But what's it all about? Well, have you
ever sat around thinking, "what should I do this week?"

That's where
we come in.
TheSuburban.net is all about Sydney events, clubbers,
local music & more. That means you can browse and list
events online... totally free... without signing up. Now
that's convenience! Still bored? There's more! Have your
say in the blogs, entertain yourself with our internet
radio, or play some games. Did we mention it's all free?
Sorry, but we really like that word.
The Suburban Story (...so far...)
After
years of mucking around on the net making a series of
random websites, a young man decided to give Sydney what
they deserve. A website made in Sydney... for Sydney!
And so, TheSuburban.net was born.

Local was launched at 10am Monday 16th January, 2006.
Providing the
best information & entertainment for the world's best city,
TheSuburban.net is quickly becoming Sydney's popular choice for upcoming
events, clubbers, local music & more. We offer heaps of other cool stuff
like blogs, games, websites and we've got our very own online radio
station.
Our aim is to provide as much free online promotion for the Sydney
community as possible!
