The Mankini hits Milan

Remember this? It's the horror of the mankini - made famous in the movie, "Borat". What is so good about this piece of clothing? Do they really expect men to wear this humiliating garbage? Would you wear it down at Bondi? It's just a good thing that a lot of the clothing at Fashion Week is only ever revealed at Fashion Week.

Gladiators to be axed..?

It wasn't that long ago that Seven brought back the revived show, but an article in The Daily Telegraph tells us that the show may be axed after some of the show's cast were released from their contracts. What does this mean for the team? What will Thunder do without Gladiators? What about Olympia? It's not too late to start training for London 2012.

Then again, why don't they just axe Dancing With The Stars instead?

Best & worst sports of the Olympics

There are so many sports which are now included in the Olympic Games. However, the question is where do we draw the line? Do we remove the "boring" sports and replace them with the more "exciting and entertaining" sports?

One thing that all males would agree upon is that Beach Volleyball seems to be safe from getting the cut. It's almost a ritual for blokes to camp in front of the TV when a country such as Brazil is playing.

Is it based on TV ratings? Audience figures? Fans? Or is it just based on whatever 'floats your boat'?

Have we found Bigfoot?

A couple of Americans claimed to have found what is thought to have been "Bigfoot". Is this real or is it fake? What are your thoughts on the photo above? Visit www.searchingforbigfoot.com if you want to find out more.

Google Street View. For better or for worse.

Google has just launched its all new Street View feature to Australia and already there has been much talk and controversy about this 'invasive' piece of technology. For those who still have not figured it out, if you visit http://maps.google.com.au/ and type in pretty much any address you want, you will see a street level photo of that location. An invasion of privacy? Or ground-breaking technology? What do you think of Google Map's new Street View feature? After spending an hour or so walking down a remote town in rural NSW from my desktop I now have to say I am a fan.

After all, what difference is it to having your address and telephone number listed in the phonebook? Unfortunately, there will always be those who use this technology for the wrong reasons.

Beijing 2008. Share the Smog.

Why is everybody getting sooo uptight about the smog in Beijing? Didn't the organisers know of this before giving China the rights for the Olympic Games? It's not new news, so why are we so bothered by it? Everybody knew from before the decision was made that there would be many problems faced with not only the pollution issue, but other political problems facing the host country. Did the IOC do this in order to prove to the world that these games could possibly bring peace and happiness? Or did they simply do it because they knew it would end Stephanie Rice's relationship and force Dawn Fraser to stay back home in Australia?

Nude Veronica or mistaken identity?

Is this the face of Jess from The Veronicas? Or is it just somebody who looks like her? According to some raunchy leaked photos on fleshbot.com, it is Jess. But who can be sure? Sure, after hours of studying all the photos on the website, most male Australians couldn't really give a toss. The point is, it looks like her, she's nude and that's all that matters.
