TheSuburban.net reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at anytime without notice.

Special Terms and Conditions may apply to a particular contests, at which time separate Terms and Conditions will be available for the contest involved. No person may enter any contest more than once unless stated in Special Terms and Conditions.

TheSuburban.net will not notify winners of remaining time, it is the sole responsibility of the winner to collect their prize.

All prizes must be claimed by the winner unless otherwise advised. Identification must be produced to claim a prize (examples include: drivers licence/passport/student card which includes a photograph). At its absolute discretion, TheSuburban.net may
allow the winner to nominate a representative to collect a prize. Identification of both the winner and representative will be required.

TheSuburban.net may elect to post a prize but no responsibility will be accepted by TheSuburban.net for the safe postal delivery of the prize.

If a winner chooses not to accept a prize then they forfeit all of that prize.

Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when collecting their prize.

Upon request by TheSuburban.net a copy of these Terms and Conditions may be required to be signed by winner.

All prizes and vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable in any way and cannot be taken as cash.

TheSuburban.net and its associated agents do not give any guarantees, warranties to prizes whatsoever and under no circumstances shall TheSuburban.net or associated agents be responsible for any damage, loss or consequential loss suffered by any party as a result of their use or misuse of prize.

If the nominated prize is or becomes unavailable; TheSuburban.net, at it’s absolute discretion may substitute a replacement prize.

All competition entries and any material submitted in connection with any contest (written, audio, electronic or visual) become the property of TheSuburban.net. Entry into any contest deems consent to use prize winners names and photographs for any promotional purposes.

Entries via the internet are sent entirely at the risk of the entrant. TheSuburban.net is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the website, the internet or any other website, or any combination thereof, including but not limited to any injury or damage to any persons computer related to or resulting from participating in or down-loading any material from http://www.thesuburban.net or other sites associated with the website, its sales or promotional activities or ventures.

TheSuburban.net decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

TheSuburban.net reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions, withdraw any prize or cancel all or part of the promotion in its absolute discretion without notice subject to state regulation.

Persons under 18 years of age are ineligible to enter any contest where the prize consists of alcohol or vehicle or where special Terms and Conditions are enforced and state otherwise.

If TheSuburban.net fails to enforce any of these General Terms and Conditions in any instant no correspondence or claim will be entered.

All parties are ineligible to enter any contest if:
a) They have won a prize from TheSuburban.net in the past month to the date. For example, a winner on August 4, 2006 will be ineligible to win a prize until September 4, 2006.
b) They are discovered to have used or attempted to use more than one name or an alias name in order to win prizes from TheSuburban.net.
c) They are an employee or a member of the immediate family of an employee of TheSuburban.net and/or a sponsor or affiliate associated with the contest.

Terms & Conditions of Distributing Stickers
By distributing TheSuburban.net stickers I agree to the following:

1. As a volunteer to distribute TheSuburban.net stickers I accept full responsibility of any damages or complaints made to TheSuburban.net Team regarding myself placing any stickers in areas where it has been clearly stated that placing posters here is illegal. For example, where it says, "Billposters Will Be Prosecuted". In times of questioning by TheSuburban.net management I promise to be honest and tell a full description and give exact locations of where I have placed all TheSuburban.net stickers.

2. As a volunteering distributor of TheSuburban.net stickers, I agree not to flood or 'over post' any community notice boards, or similar, and promise to only add new posters when necessary. For example, when the notice board has been cleaned and all posters removed.

3. As a volunteering supporter of TheSuburban.net, I agree to only present and publicise TheSuburban.net stickers in legally allocated areas and promise to never pollute or leave any of TheSuburban.net stickers lying around. I understand the full affect that wasting paper has on the environment.

4. As a volunteering to help distribute TheSuburban.net stickers, I promise to only use posters supplied on this website as directed. I agree to never deface or alter the look or content of TheSuburban.net stickers.

5. As a volunteering to help distribute TheSuburban.net stickers, I understand, agree and accept to all of the above. I accept being a volunteering member to distribute TheSuburban.net Stuff and promise to do my absolute best in promoting TheSuburban.net as Sydney's greatest ever website.
